The School of Environmental Science and Management at Southern Cross University has a 30 year history of excellence in teaching and research as a leader in its field in Australia, offering diverse undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Marine Science and Management, Coastal Management, Fisheries and Aquaculture Management, Environmental Resource Management, Sustainable Forestry, and supports SCU programs in Environmental Tourism Management, Secondary Education and Environmental Law. ESM hosts a number of specialist centres including five prestigious national Cooperative Research Centres, which are funded by a consortium of the Australian Government, industries and universities.
