Abstract
This RIRDC report contains a draft Seed Production Agreement for the pasture seeds industry which will be circulated amongst stakeholders and will form the basis for a discussion on the need for fair and legally effective contracts in the pasture seeds industry and the development of agreed minimum industry standards.
The report is targeted at pasture seed growers, buyers and industry bodies who are concerned with the growth of contract growing in the pasture seeds industry and are committed to ensuring that contracts are fair and legally effective.
