Based on ongoing studies into the impact of electronic commerce on business and its effect on overall outcomes, it has been proposed that firms can accomplish better outcomes by adopting e-commerce applications in their business operation. Since, the adoption of e-commerce can contribute to enhance businesses strategic objectives, such as productivity, market expansion, relationships with business partners and customers, customer services and profitability. Add to these, the opportunity to employ the accumulated data collected by the e-commerce system in evaluating the market trend and subsequently predicting customers' preferences and the changes of favour in the market
